      Pros

      Ok to work at, team was cool, but very performance driven and very corporate

      Cons

      Pay scale is not great unless you're working constantly. You're putting people into tough financial situations that can't afford the payments they get. Super high interest rates. Sometimes hear sales people and management ask if there's a family member they can borrow money from to help with down payment.

Being in retail car sales, we are inherently a performance driven company. Driving performance and following metrics allows us to learn, grow, and expand, not only our business, but also our skills. Purchasing a vehicle is a big decision to make, and for some situations, could use the help of family to get started. Our Customer Experience Guides and Managers do a great job of continuously educating the customers through the entire sales process of the impact of each decision that is made.       Benefits are amazing . Coworkers are great definitely make coming to work a lot easier .

      Cons

      No breaks . Management can cancel PTO at any moment . Compensation should be higher for the amount of work we do . Management sucks !
