Pros

Great atmosphere to work in with great ppl. Learned a lot within a year of being employed with the company. Was promoted within first 6 months on the job.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations especially in slower months. Hard to sale 12 cars when no one is in the market to buy. Lot of busy work. Promotions are based on popularity

Pros

They give customers with a poor credit opportunity to get a loan and have it report to the credit bureaus in an attempt to raise credit scores

Cons

The training for sales staff is poor which leads to high turnover.

Pros

Not a truly high stress job. Once you have a grasp of the general concept you can go far in the company our stay where you are and make great money.

Cons

During peak time you will have to work longer than usual hours. This is something that is understood outside of tax season hours are ok.
