Pros

The relationship that I have with all of my co-workers and sales managers are great and we all help one another out when needed. Everyone takes a role at being the leader which makes our dealership a whole.

Cons

Some of the challenges of working at Drivetime may have to be learning new chanllenges and having to work and fixed them right away when they happen. I work 80 hours a week and sometimes I feel I need to be paid more for the workload that I have.

Pros

The people are the best part. Everyone is friendly and outgoing from the top managers to the entry level employees. The benefits are very good and go above and beyond what most companies offer. The overall culture is the best I have experienced since I've been working.

Cons

Hours can be long during busy times of the year. The sub prime market can produce some rough situations once in a while.

Pros

Good job fresh out of college. Good pay for first year without prior experience. You will become good at sales with this job. Opportunity to move up but only if you are willing to relocate. Off during holidays.

Cons

Real long hours. During Tax Time (January-May) expect to work 60hrs/week. All other months work about 50+ hours depending on how staffed the store is. You have the ability to move up but only if you relocate. And when you get your first promotion to Senior Sales Advisor you get the same pay if not less then you would as a Sales Advisor. So you get promoted to make less which doesn't make sense. You have to get promoted to Sales Manager before you make good money (about 65k-80k). In the mean time, work your butt off for 60+hrs/week and wait possibly a few years before something opens up or relocate.

However, we have heard our employee's concerns and understand that you value greater opportunities for advancement. We are working with our management teams so that everyone has a clear and open path to their own career goals. We appreciate your feedback and hard work, thank you for your review.
