personable management, work from home, benefits options

Cons

this is a sales job that's advertised as customer service, benefits are fickle (mine were not renewed after my first year, had to wait a year to re-enroll), tedious workflow, they rarely approve PTO

Pros. Benefits, Pay is decent if you are making sales

Cons

Where do I begin! The micromanaging is wayyyyy too much GM and AGM sit and gossip about other employees and what they are doing coming in with strict guidelines and rules telling employees they cannot use telephones during business hours this is a job! Not a military base environment not so fun Highschool like culture very immature management who judges and talks about not only staff but customers as well pay is not consistent
