Work well with school schedule. Family oriented. Great work environment. Occasional lunch in. Goal oriented job always moving forward.

Cons

There isn't much to say, it is a car dealership and things happen and there will be some long shifts.

Pros

Bonus, people, office was nice, vto Nice when you werent on the phones and answering text/chats/emails

Cons

Made it hard to bonus, the bonus structure changed every year making it harder each year and every month to bonus. They would have you on an automatic dialer while answering emails,chats, and text messages. If you did not hit your goal 3 months in a row you would get written up. You have to wait for someone to leave to move up / around pretty slow on moving up. High turnover rate (constantly in your ear for getting referrals for tax season)
