Great sales position. Mostly positive staff, good folks to work with. Base salary plus commission pay structure. Professional atmosphere. Not a bad company at location I worked at.

Cons

Working every Saturday, family work life could improve greatly, no detail team to keep vehicles clean due to not hiring enough lot staff at the location I worked at.
