Pros

Ability to move to different departments for further training, excellent training opportunities, supportive Leadership willing to get you to your goal, competitive pay and benefits with two different kinds of health plans to choose from. Many Employees here have been with the company for almost 20 years. Excellent work-life balance even for Leadership. Drivetime is a growing company!

Cons

Not an easy job. You are expected to work hard, but you get rewarded for that hard work. Movement between departments sometimes can result in a pay raise, but can also result in a pay cut depending on what department you are transitioning to, but you are not required to change departments. If you are doing well and performing well, you can stay for your entire career.
