The career opportunity and personal growth is real, the culture is very inclusive and promotes development from within, very generous PTO for all employees, continuous technological evolution allows us to maintain brick and mortar relevance with online shoppers and next gen consumers, excellent senior leadership

Cons

Hours can be long at times, but you only get out when you are willing to put in.
