      Decent for time being

      Money decent, good co workers, decent company... for the most part, approval processes and sales run smoothly

      Cons

      Over half the sales made are repossessed within first few years, before loans mature. Auto prices are all several thousand dollars above the KBB or NADA value. All loans are inflated with overpriced extra products, like a $3,500 powertrain warranty, and this GPS anti- theft detection device which is completely worthless. And customers occasionally give fake check stubs or check stubs to places they are not working at, which leads to a lot of unnecessary hassle. Dealing with the population of people with poor credit is interesting sometimes with some of these characters.
