      Pros

      The management is very laid back. They are very understanding if something would come up. Not much training but your coworkers are very helpful with that. The environment is just simply relaxed, very good culture.

      Cons

      Sales team worked very long hours. Very low volume of sales at times. At times the dealership isn't busy and could be boring.

      4 day work weeks, decent company culture, ok pay. Good benefits and a professional place to work. Lots of career mobility.

      Cons

      High repo rate leading to company wide downsizing and cost cutting. Endless phone calls to customers that can't buy cars.
