As you can imagine, COVID-19 impacted many businesses across the world, including ours, which forced us to make some really hard decisions, including our inventory count. Team building focused, beautiful work facility with cafeteria, gym, putting green in the courtyard and BBQ gas grills. Always an event or contest and they celebrate their employees with monthly recognition. Excellent training program-highly organized and professional company.

Cons

Took a paycut to work here but the benefits are so good it was worth it

There are many benefits and perks at working at DriveTime, but you hit the nail on the head with the employee engagement and recognition! As you can imagine, COVID-19 was not predicted, and forced us to make some tough decisions, including laying off some employees. Typical sales expectation, work life balance isn’t the best. Buddy buddy system when it comes to promotion, but the work you put in is what you get out of advancement.
