Pros

Great Benefits, Great Salary, real opportunity to grow within company if upwardly mobile and motivated. Opportunity to work with a diverse group of people from different areas of the country as well as different backgrounds.

Cons

Job can be very time consuming at times. Work life balance can possibly be difficult to maintain during busy times of year.

Pros

The atmosphere is great at DriveTime. It's honestly the most laid back atmosphere I have ever encountered.

Cons

The pay doesn't match how much work you'll be doing. When you ask about the cap, you will get a scripted answer and that's not right. There is no career paths for OA's at DriveTime.

We're glad to hear you enjoyed the atmosphere at DriveTime! Our Operations Advisors are an entry-level position and have the ability to transition their job through the Sales Advisors career path or take any of multiple positions open to them at our Dallas or Mesa Operations Centers. We're sorry to see that the career opportunities weren't clear but do appreciate the feedback. Thanks again for leaving a review for us.

Pros

Great opportunity to be able to grow in your career. Have wide range of opportunities to be able move up within the company and make some good money. The salary is decent with bonus opportunities if you hit budget, as well as a company car. You get to work with some great people which made the job a lot of fun. Expect what you put in is what you get out of the job. If you put 50% you will get 50% results; if you give 110% you will get 110% back in return. Overall it was a great opportunity and had a great time working there.

Cons

-The hours can some time put a strain on you when it comes to work/life balance especially when it comes to tax season. -Turnover at times could be a problem which made it at times hard to manage the other teammates time at the dealership (to try to prevent them from burning out). -Depending on other management PTO can be an issue. -The company does not rehire.
