Hello, thank you for leaving a review of your time with us as an Operations Coordinator. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the onsite perks and the training you received in your department. Depending on the department and role, it is true that additional schooling, including degrees and certificates, are required for a promotion, as that can help prepare one to be successful beyond what training can be offered. Growth and internal promotion is part of our culture, which is why we are happy to provide tools, resources, and benefits to help our employees accomplish their professional goals.
