Pros

Health Benefits, nice office space and computers

Cons

Leadership acts like they will give you the atonmy to run a department when in reality will be microanaged and asked for every email to be proof read before it is sent out. They claim they are a transparent company, but many items are very shady. DriveTime has a certain person they are looking to promote and if they cannot mold you or you are not a "yes" man you will be walked out of the door. Salaries are very low, very long work days with no breaks and if you do take a break your time is watched. "I thought I was a salaried manager?" BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! Don't waste your time with this company as they will provide false promises and false hopes!

Pros

Pay is decent, location, Benefits you get to build your own business creating a image for yourself and the brand

Cons

Life balance during tax season is crazy. You have to work 10-12 hours every day and your salary so there is no overtime pay.

We hear you on the tax season craziness - stay tuned for updates to scheduling for Sales Advisors after this year's tax season is over. We've been piloting some changes to make scheduling more flexible and hope this improves your outlook on the company. As always, chat with your GM or call our Speak Up line if you have any concerns or suggestions.

Pros

Good place to work after you get your GED. A place to work while looking for another job. If you can kiss it/suck up you will get promoted instantly!

Cons

At Operations, Management is uneducated and will hire you if they like you. Management encourages snitching and then uses it to their benefit. Pay is low. Director(s) have told teams if they call the HELP line they will not be working for the company. Don't voice concerns over high turnover, constant baby showers, potlucks, donations, unbalanced workload and manipulative team leads. Blind lead the deaf.

I'm quite concerned about the issues you brought up here and certainly appreciate you sharing what you have experienced while working in Accounts Payable. I have forwarded your review to our Talent Support team who takes these matters seriously. I understand if you don't feel comfortable calling the Speak Up line, so I'd recommend directly reaching out to TST or a manager you trust to address your concerns. While I can attempt to reassure you that the Speak Up line is a safe way to report these types of issues and you may stay anonymous, I imagine the rumors have tainted that. Thanks again for making us aware of the issues you're experiencing and I truly hope your experience at DriveTime improves.
