      Pros

      Solid training and development, regular feedback, opportunities for quick advancement, great benefits, innovative and growing company. I was promoted after 1 year and saw many of my peers do the same. You own your career path at DT. Work hard and deliver consistent results, then watch as opportunities are opened up to you.

      Cons

      It's a fun work environment, but be ready for constructive feedback and working hard- maybe even long hours at times. Like most good things in life, you get out what you put in.

      Not what they promised

      Pros

      it was lay back, lots of time to do nothing not a lot of pressure

      Cons

      when I was hired they told me the average was 60000 with commission, never made that I only saw one person make good money and they basically worked 6 days, Tax time is crazy with 12 hour days and like 2 sales. would not recommend it to anyone

      Pros

      DT is a pretty amazing place to work. There's room to grow, people are helpful and the job itself helps the consumer.

      Cons

      None so far, place has been amazing. If you have the chance, apply as soon as possible. You won't regret it.
