Pros

DriveTime is a fast growing company, which means lots of opportunities. The management there are all understanding and willing to work with individual situations. The Benefits are great too. DriveTime also stands for helping people get loans who would not otherwise have the opportunity, which is pretty amazing.

Cons

There is a six month waiting period before you can move positions. The systems they use for accounting are supremely outdated (1980).

Break room has coffee and tea for free

Cons

Management holds their employees back from being able to truly feel the growth discussed. Not enough cohesiveness between departments No direct HR department contact- how has their not been a lawsuit over this???
