Pros

Great atmosphere to work in with great ppl. Learned a lot within a year of being employed with the company. Was promoted within first 6 months on the job.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations especially in slower months. Hard to sale 12 cars when no one is in the market to buy. Lot of busy work. Promotions are based on popularity

Pros

Great culture, open concept work environment with no cubes. Good company outings. Decent pay.

Cons

Disorganized pace, wants results fast sacrificing quality and producing sub par quantity which then circulates back to the different scrum teams. I have witnessed a lot of turnover in IT scrum teams.
