      Great company to work for out of college

      Pros

      In the Operations Office where I work there are many recent grads, so the environment is in that manner. salary+bonus and benifits structure for most positions are awesome! DT also participates in partnerships with schools to further your education and have a stake in personal development.

      Cons

      Some parts of the Operations Office are call center environments. enough said.

      Pros

      Great opportunity for a long term career as long as you're able to adapt with the culture, managers are compensated with a "demo" vehicle, decent benefit and paid time off package, and there a few individuals in upper management who are excellent mentors.

      Cons

      Easy to be complacent, salary does not compensate for work/life balance and many 12+ hour days, very inconsistent culture from dealership to dealership, company is "soft" on the inside.

      Pros

      People were great to work with and sometimes able to help people.

      Cons

      Hours kept on changing and do not take employee's outside life into account. Terrible sales expectations. Hard to sell a product that you don't believe in. People you are contacting are close to desperate and you are telling them to drive sometimes 30 miles to get to a dealership.
