Pros

If you are new in the work world and looking for some experience under your belt, you will get it there. The benefits are pretty good. The put great emphasis on health and wellness, I loved that! They have a very good Tuition Assistance program. I recommend everyone take advantage of it. Most of the people you work with are great!

Cons

Company has a great philosophy about being open and honest with feedback (this is a fantastic idea) however, in reality it would seem that they are all too scared to actually tell their employees where they stand. As a result employees more often than not feel blind-sided when approached about performance. The climate of the organization is that everyone is constantly waiting for the call telling them that they no longer have a position with the company. Smart Intelligent people won't stay long, because when you interact with the top managers, you realize that they all simply regurgitate what they hear from the Upper Management. No one seem to have anindependent thought. If you choose to voice an independent thought, then you are branded as not a team player. Lots of buzz words. Look out for words like vulnerable, intangable, framing, four parts of speech. While change is a great thing and keeps companies agile. Change for the sake of change is dysfunctional and this is how the company operates. They came up the bright idea of cutting the HR Department in one day and executed it within a week. They often brag about how this company is a pioneer of change but does not seem to recognize the dysfunction. This company has a lot of potential. Hope it can be realized.
