Pros

Pays $16 hourly with a salary at 50 hours a week. Average work week is 60-65 hours.NO O/T

Cons

Commission structure is confusing and a bit ridiculous. Tiers of commission seem nice but the average car sale pays out about $60.

Great benefit plan. One of the best I've seen offered.

No realistic advancement opportunities outside of working in their call center.
