      Pros

      Drivetime offers great training, an amazing work-life balance, and competitive pay. The opportunity for growth is unlimited with the opportunity to transfer to multiple departments with in Drivetime, including Bridgecrest (finance company) and SilverRock (warranty company). Monthly challenges to win prizes, constant company communication updates, base salary, bonuses, discounts, great benefits & a tenured leadership all make DriveTime a fun place to sell reliable cars very quickly.

      Cons

      Due to COVID the dealerships staffing models decreased and has created an environment that can be overwhelming if you’re not able to multitask.

      Benefits, Holiday off, Time off, Birthday, Vacation, Good Pay, Team Atmosphere, Good Ancillary Vehicle Options, Training Provided, Technology Enhancement, Dealership Party, Occasional Free Lunches, Salary Plus Commission, Management Support, Each Day Brings New Challenges, Lots Of Traffic Typically During Tax Season, Advancement Opportunities, Flexible Financing Vehicle Options, Rewarding, Helping Others, Good System, Sales Funnels, Online Activity, Repeat Loyalty Programs

      Cons

      Hours, Work Life Balance, Sales Quotas, Uncapped Pay Or Commission Changed To Team Pay, Travel To Other Dealerships For Inventory, Typically Won’t Accommodate For Time Needed Off Unless You Use PTO or Vacation Days, Hard To Qualify For Promotions and Additional Bonuses. Traffic Can Be Slow Especially During Winter Months.

      Pros

      You get to work with some very talented and friendly people. They don't expect a lot of overtime. There are good perks if you work in management but not a lot until then.

      Cons

      The salaries aren't competitive. The benefits aren't competitive. You don't get many holidays. There is no differentiation between PTO and sick days so you don't get very much paid time off. Career advancement is very limited in some departments. Very little diversity, especially at higher levels.
