Thank you for sharing your experience as a Mechanic. It's great to hear that you appreciate the insurance and compensation package provided by the DriveTime family of brands. These are essential aspects that we continuously aim to excel in and stay at the forefront of industry standards. We recognize the significance of lunch breaks for employees to rejuvenate and unwind during the workday. Our reconditioning center employees are granted a 30-minute lunch break as part of their daily schedule. Thank you for sharing your experience, we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Culture and events are the main reasons why anyone stays.

Cons

Some of the most unprofessional, corrupt, and ignorance I have ever witnessed in senior leadership. The culture is highly rated because they know how throw great parties for employees. However, just like any other corporate environment- they really don’t value talent and Directors are clueless on what success looks like unless their name is taking the credit. Also, the pay is horrible- for any role. You will be paid substantially less than anyone else at your level in your industry. Leadership are completely out of touch with the current market value for most roles. Bottom line, once you’re in you can expect to be undervalued and underpaid.

We acknowledge that effective communication and leadership are crucial components in achieving this, and we are committed to addressing any lapses in these areas.
