Pros

If you showed initiative, management was aware and willing to help you grow/move up. Management provided a lot of feedback, there were open lines of communication, and there was an open door policy - you could speak to any manager/level of management and were encouraged to do so

Cons

Due to call center type hours, if you weren't available to work any shift (as early as 6am-3pm, as late as 10am-7pm) there wasn't much opportunity for advancement.
