Pros

You work with great people and the PTO benefits are good,

Cons

Long hours typically get home late at night. They haven't adjust staffing since covid to accommodate the added responsibilities to the GM role. They also haven't adjusted the bonus structure since they scaled it back during covid. It's hard to motivate your sales team when you have a top performer getting the same bonus as your bottom performer.

Thank you for sharing your experience as a General Manager. We’re glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience working with your team and have found value in our PTO benefits. As a company, we believe in carpooling to a shared destination - it's one of our core values. Because of this, we switched to a team-based commission to provide a pressure-free sales experience for our customers and a non-competitive sales environment for our employees. We want our employees to work together as a team, not against each other. This is also why we provide a base salary. Thank you for sharing your experience, we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Off on Sundays (they’re closed). No early start time.

Cons

-$50k/yr plus team structures commission only benefits the under-performers - there is no finance department so each sales person is also responsible for securing financing for their deals -there is no title clerk so each sales person is responsible for doing title paperwork for each deal - most times there is no lot attendant so guess what…sales people wear that hat too.

Thank you for sharing your experience as a Customer Experience Guide. We're glad to hear that the Sunday off and no early start time work well for you. We understand that tax season can be especially busy, and the additional responsibilities during this time can make things more challenging. We truly appreciate your dedication during these times and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
