Pros

Pros: • They have a work hard, play hard culture. Great work/life balance structure. • Management is typically flexible. • Great office layout (gym, kitchen with free coffee, refrigerators and shelves full of snacks & food for purchase) • Good benefits (tuition reimbursement, 401k matching, HSA, medical, dental, & more). Medical insurance can be free after fulfilling 2 simple requirements. • The Accounting department has the most friendly Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) you will ever meet.

Cons

As for cons, I would say the biggest con is their salary offers across the board.
