Pros

flexibility to gain hands-on experience in interests, fully remote position

Cons

Haven't had stock for 2+ years and the communication between the exec team, employees, and customers has been mishandled each step of the way. From the beginning the role was misrepresented in the interview process and poor leadership has led to people who've been with the company for years leaving, the company declaring bankruptcy, and low pay / pay cuts.

Pros

Company migrated to Work From Home in early 2020. This was an exceptional way to provide an added benefit to the work environment. Knowledge sharing is highly encouraged.

Cons

With the advent of the Work From Home environment came the lack of comradery, in my opinion promotes a stronger company with the added interaction.

Pros

creative flexibility. great first-hand experience on how startup companies operate.

Cons

several major product manufacturing issues left us without products to sell on multiple occasions. No dedication to customer facing product information (much content over 3 yrs old). Very little channel support. Cut costs a little too aggressively with very little reinvestment into channel MDF, product improvements, and company infrastructure (none of our systems are setup properly to handle current volume of business nor do we have the manpower).
