- I enjoy the deep focus on the engineering challenges spanning software, electrical, and mechanical domains. With a focus on a key range of counterdrone capabilities, it's a great opportunity for meaningful growth for building high quality and effective engineering products. - I'm happy that the engineering teams support each other, minimising silos as much as possible, and that I never feel uncomfortable contacting others in multidisciplinary teams. Also super humble and down to earth teammates. - Genuine opportunities to grow ownership and drive technical impact and direction, building with others to deliver without cutting corners.

Cons

As we are scaling up, our structure is maturing, so engineers should expect to have greater exposure to product management, requirements gathering, quality assurance, as a part of their role. It is important to be a strong communicator with many stakeholders, versus in a bigger company where you might have many layers around you.
