Pros
Very intelligent people, great work / life balance, real start-up motivated atmosphere. Compensation is very competitive and includes, meals, travel etc. Fit matters incredibly at Dropbox, and everyone there is incredibly friendly.
Cons
Must be very excited about Dropbox and its products, and know the product very well. Need to be a quick learner and very motivated. Interviews can be very difficult and questions can be tricky
