Pros
- great work life balance - great mat/pat leave (6 months for both) - work from home - many great people to work with
Cons
- going through growing pains - Trying to figure out which direction to take the company - projects tend to die after we change direction suddenly - each department has different opinions of what to do, hard to collaborate across teams well - Very product focused company - Not enough product/marketing support for cross functional teams - Management could be better, some leaders do not take into account the business as a whole and narrow in on their direct responsibilities only
