Pros

There are a lot of perks working with this company! From my initial interaction with Christina, Corporate Recruiter I knew this was an opportunity I could not pass up. My team and manager are highly supportive and it continues to reassure me that I made the right step in my career. The office is big on celebrating each individual whether it is a birthday, engagement, or promotion. As an employee, it is always great working for an organization that makes you feel relevant. I love Drybar!

Cons

For a company to offer benefits and a 401k plan it is hard to have something negative to say. Drybar does a great job taking care of their employees.

Worst Company Ever

Pros

It’s pretty busy on the weekends and tips are pretty good. Coworkers are friendly enough

Cons

They overwork you and make you work an 8hr shift with no lunch or even quick snack break. If you try to take five seconds to cool down after back to back clients and quick eat a little snack they reprimand you. The shifts they schedule you for are not the shifts you actually get; if it’s slow and you’re scheduled at 12pm they’ll tell you not to come in until 2pm, 4pm or even not come in at all 15min before your actual shift starts. The management is terrible, they hire immature managers who like to gossip about their staff to other workers.
