Pros

- Themed product launch days and knowledge. - Fun work contests for prizes and snacks provided sometimes. - Free blowdry's on of some weekdays and product discounts. - Flexible time off.

Cons

- Lack of professional management. - No enforcement of shop cleaning and product stocking duties. - Dirty kept shops with hair everywhere, very against TDLR. - High School drama behavior from coworkers and upper management. - Black or POC stylists always getting put with highly textured hair clients on purpose, even when it should be a rotation system. - Rude front desk workers turning guests away when books are full. - No set aside break time unless requested days ahead of time for any shifts. - Not enough advanced training. - Not much room for growth in company. - Pay cap and not enough raises for long term workers or full time workers.
