      Pros

      Drybar is truly a family oriented company and even as the company is growing you still feel the Core Values being exemplified constantly! Working here you always feel supported and heard. I was provided the most amazing training and was set up for success with Drybar where I feel comfortable to grow within my position. It's a fun company to work for and wonderful being surrounded and supported by genuine people who are passionate and love what they do.

      Some days traffic can be long but just have to plan ahead of time!

      Pros

      Education, discount, you’re shifts are the same each week, and flexible scheduling. Tips are pretty consistent and if you work each shift without leaving early when it’s slow you can make a livable amount of money, it’s more like a job to support yourself and not a career opportunity.

      Cons

      Minimum wage with tips, constantly changing policies. They’ll overbook if they can but they’ll call you off last minute if it doesn’t book up. You’ll work hard with no break on weekends unless you ask for it.

      You make friends, the environment is fun, meet cool people

      Cons

      Pay isn’t great, they overbook you, making you and clients unhappy, if it’s too busy you don’t get a break, even if you’ve worked a double.
