      Pros

      This is a great start when fresh out off school or coming back in the industry! If u have the right trainer you'll learn a lot of things!

      Cons

      So unorganized! One min your being called off and then if u dnt be prepared to be works like dogs!! With no break until it time to go.. or maybe they will ask u to stay late or come in early! But if u do go to work on a slow day be prepared to stay on a hr break even if it under 4hr u been clocked in... or maybe being sent home early!!

      Training in blowdry styling.

      Cons

      Management would tell employees not to clock in at the beginning of shifts if it was a slow day; stylists regularly couldn't get the hours they were scheduled to work. Nothing is sanitized properly, meaning nothing is sanitized, meaning it's health hazard waiting to happen. Manager was a poor communicator.

      Pick your shift, learn how to do fast blow outs, manager is cool.

      Cons

      Call you out late/last minute from your shift, mangement has favorites that's don't get called out, bartenders steal from stylist they don't like, core values are lies.
