Poor Leadership

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

- Good benefits - Good quality tools

Cons

- Poor senior Leadership - Micromanagement - Mean Girl culture - Retaliated when you ask too many questions or go to HR. - Senior leadership uses scare tactics so no one speaks up when treated unfairly. - If your not up to Senior Leadership “standard” of Appearance they will minimize your character and your experience and degrade your character and position in life. - No work life balance retailed if you decide to try to have balance.

Pros

Coworkers, schedule, pay can be good (if busy)

Cons

Pay, always low on products, very physically exhausting, back shoulder and feet pain constantly. Rude clients, very little time with each client. Booked back to back on busy days. High stress. Clients expect a lot and complain a lot.
