Pros

Shop is in a nice location and nice parking garage in winter Mostly very nice clients Lunches when we have a lot of clients Schedules that work if you have a second job or kids very understanding if you need time off for family functions. Great training owner always trying to make sure we are learning and willing it give us extra training if we need it. I feel like I can always reach out to the owners if I have something going on. They always want to help and make things work. Really nice people that are always helping each other especially new stylists and when I was new they would always offer to help if I needed it. Free Snacks and and drinks in the back room for all employees.

Cons

Sometimes clients can be difficult and change styles in the middle of their appointments. Working during a pandemic was hard
