Pros

Great place to get some training and experience but only for a short time. The team here were great and was fun to learn about the products and hair techniques.

Cons

Sucks getting paid minimum wage. Wanted full time for benefits but could only get 28 hours a week but needed 30 hours to get benefits. I was always just under it. Burn out is real! Saw many people come & go. The whole break situation sucks here. During covid in 2020 we couldn't use the chairs in our break room so I would sit on the floor to eat my lunch. Not ideal when you've been blowdrying for hours. They always over booked so it was stressful always feeling like you were behind in time with your client.
