Paid training, semi-flexible schedule, consistent paycheck, small referral bonus, occasional small bonus incentives, allows for stylist to outsource clients to full service salons, guaranteed to master blow dry and styling skills thru repetitive services, room to switch locations, culturally diverse staff

Cons

Minimum wage, high physical labor with very limited breaks, staff may get treated as disposable, high turnover rate, demanding clients, poor tipping clients, tips not guaranteed, management plays favoritism, catty staff, some staff drink alcohol while working, toxic work environment, terrible during holidays
