Pros

The job itself is not too hard. Once you settle into a routine, it becomes pretty solid. You just need to pay attention to time and know how to think on your feet without backup. Hopefully, you will have many positive interactions with clients. They were my favorite part of the job!

Cons

45-minute blowouts are difficult to achieve and maintain. Trying to manage client expectations, stylist's abilities, and the demands of management is draining.

Pros

Good training and good coworkers

Cons

Hours constantly cut even though they’re always hiring more stylists, terrible communication, lots of sudden last minute changes, never listening to staff feedback

Pros

The stylists and clients are great.

Cons

Not enough pay for all the hard work, for stylists and management.
