      Lots of opportunities to grow. Has given me some great help in my career. Education and team building. So much fun

      Cons

      You have to find someone to replace your shift if you need to call out. Luckily there is a FB group where you can ask other Drybar employees for help and coverage.

      Pros

      Working at TDB was such a fun and dreadful experience. The culture sounds great. Walking into a DB is an experience both as an employee and a customer. The music, smells, and visually it's amazing I will never deny that.

      Cons

      THEY WILL OVER WORK YOU, and will not care. I used to work 16 hour days, doing back-to-back blowouts. Being so overbooked I barely ever shampooed my own clients. When we were understaffed I'd work as if I was replacing two other people. Breaks were almost none exisitent.
