      super free for self-expression. flexible, it is never a dull moment, perks are amazing.

      Cons

      it's a very customer is always right ran company now. I witness clients assault staff and they get a free blowout and just can come back to the location of the incident and the staff member is kinda left to "deal with it". no real training and he core vision is lost by those who don't do hair and just try to keep sales up
