Pros

-Product discount -Gift card discount -Good training

Cons

-No PTO -No benefits -Doesn't want you to get overtime pay so will cut your hours to keep under 40hr -Works you to death -Doesn't care if you need to go to the doctor or have an emergency, you MUST find someone to cover your shift last minute, even though you are understaffed. -If the manager doesn't like you they will belittle you, throw towels on you and laugh, and be absolutely unprofessional towards you. And nobody does anything because we are desperate for employees.
