Pros

If you're new to the styling world, this is a great place to start. I'm in my 5th year and the greatest things that I've gained are exposure, friendships and clientele. My clients have become family and afforded me opportunities that are unexplainable. If YOU put in the work to build YOU then you'll go far !

Cons

The pay isn't the greatest. Corporation isn't focused on the needs of stylist. Strictly business, money and sales. If your looking to feel appreciated, you definitely won't get that

Pros

As a stylist, all of my immediate supervisors were always smart, kind, understanding, and helpful. I was very quickly given the opportunity to advance to a management position. After you've worked a while, you can set a pretty flexible schedule.

Cons

Pay was severely cut when minimum wage went up in NYC as they started paying against our tips and commissions instead of in addition to it. Rarely got required breaks. Hours were inconsistent.
