Pre-pandemic Review

Pros

As the headline states, this is a pre-pandemic review. Since the company was sold this review may not be most accurate given the new corporate takeover. With that being said, it was a nice company to work for. Stylists were trained to Drybar guidelines. You had shifts you were assigned to, if you need time off you could ask other stylists to cover your shift. Health insurance was optional. Wages: were different for all stylists, then you had tips on top.

Cons

Pay wasn't competitive, now I believe its the standard minimum wage amount $15 per hour.
