      Pros

      When I started at Drybar I was really unsure what career I was seeking. I kinda just landed in this role and after 2 years I have never felt more at home. I love my team and I have never felt so seen and understood. I feel a drive I have never felt before to do the best possible job. So many of my coworkers have kids and are able to find a work life balance. I really feel like I will be here for a long time.

      Cons

      The biggest con is that I don't always get to see my team in person but even then I feel really close to them and we communicate constantly.

      I love my flexibility in my schedule! The ambiance and aesthetic is amazing. My managers always keep a great line of communication with the stylists.

      Cons

      Sometimes we don't get tips and that can be discouraging.
