Pros

You meet great people such as Co workers

Cons

Dallas based locations are poorly maintained by staff that can definitely use a"Best Practice " manual and TRAINING The regional manager walks in locations & no one knows who she is because she DOES NOT engage ( like simply saying Hi) The front desk is normally very new in their career journey and lack of knowledge in the beauty industry so makes for a very interesting work in environment Starting pay is $10/hr CC tips Paycheck Cash is yours extra $$ for add on services Little to no Diversity in management or opportunities they hold auditions but they have their person prior Not enough money earned to pay back beauty school loans and live in today's world
