Pros

It’s pretty busy on the weekends and tips are pretty good. Coworkers are friendly enough

Cons

They overwork you and make you work an 8hr shift with no lunch or even quick snack break. If you try to take five seconds to cool down after back to back clients and quick eat a little snack they reprimand you. The shifts they schedule you for are not the shifts you actually get; if it’s slow and you’re scheduled at 12pm they’ll tell you not to come in until 2pm, 4pm or even not come in at all 15min before your actual shift starts. The management is terrible, they hire immature managers who like to gossip about their staff to other workers.

Pros

Interacting with people. Handling brand name products. Free employee blowouts

Cons

Can be very stressful on a busy day. Lot of tasks to handle at once so must be able to multitask efficiently. Late clients or employees can throw off the entire day.
