Pros

Besides providing work tools, there aren't many.

Cons

Exploitation. No breaks or lunches while working. Call outs and often being sent home early. No commission for services on all your hard work. Clients come in with parties, and after one does 2 or 3. They tip like they're in a restaurant, from the total. Sometimes giving you 6 or 7 dollars, after having done several clients. Cashless stores which mean you hardly never get cash tips and have to wait 2 weeks before you get to use yoir tips. They have all us licensed professionals, cleaning from floors to dirty toilets and all for 9 dollars an hour in Pennsylvania.
