Pros

Great for someone just starting out in the hairdressing field looking to either build confidence on floor with clients and confidence in basic thechnical skills. DryBar also offers discounted health insurance which is really great! Another great pro is weekly pay.

Cons

Although dry bar offers commission on product sales, stylists do not earn any commission on services and only make minimum wage.

Pros

Love how everyone is super supportive, they are like family. I’ve worked in a lot of stores which is awesome. I loved being able to help out other shops and make great money . They are flexible with schedules and clients are easy going.

Cons

Parking is my only con, it’s sometimes hard to find.

Pros

Leadership team empowers you to think outside the box, be creative, make a difference, and challenge yourself everyday to grow. This is a great company for fast individual growth, if you are hungry to learn a startup business mentality then this is the place for you! I can't thank drybar enough for everything I have learned so far with them. I love my job and this company. The executive leadership team is pretty awesome to work with, approachable and kind. I feel grateful every day for becoming apart of the family! Other pros: - Cool in shop team members, stylists and bartenders (also our district managers) who you get to work closely with everyday, and who are there to support you when you have questions - Amazing clients who help challenge and fine tune your customer service skills - Awesome design of shops, where you get to dance, have fun listen to cool music and be yourself - Perks!! We get to be in shops and have our hair looking beautiful all the time!

Cons

With such rapid growth it is a great challenge to develop future leaders without time on your side. This is not a con for me, it is just a challenge that I welcome with open arms so we can continue to fine tune our training and best practices amongst our leadership team!
