      Pros

      Low stress because it's just styling hair. If you like to pamper people and make them feel good about themselves then this could be the place for you. Great training program and I got along with all my coworkers. Also, for a first job outside of cosmetology school, the potential income is pretty good if its a busy location.

      Cons

      No scheduled breaks, on your feet for 8-10 hours at a time, call center handles all the scheduling and this can lead to miscommunication, unhappy customers, bad tips and "karens". Hourly wage is not great and you won't make a livable wage unless you're busy.
