Pros

Friendly Staff, Co workers are fun, helpful and great team players. The clients are treated like royalty, the customer service is definitely there. GREAT CONCEPT!!! GENIUS!! Business is great!!! However they Market they do it well!!

Cons

Management not the best, Overly staff of stylist, They would send Stylist home as soon as they arrived to work, No care whatsoever ,So Really???!!! It seems as if they were sleeping when they make these schedules for there stylists. I say Management at Dry Bar needs to step it up and show the same respect they have to the clients to there hardworking employees.

Pros

-Encourages Individuality -Crazy opportunities for more money! Can you do Up-tinis (updos)? more money. Sell Products? more money. Braid? more money. -The culture is Outstanding! -Fun is a must, and Drybar offers an amazing set up to have fun! (cute movies on tv at all times!!) -They keep snacks for staff in the back….need I say more? -Respected as a stylist -Fantastic way to do one thing, and be the best at it, as well as improving styling skills!

Cons

-You will be required to carry your weight. That does mean working very hard at times, but that also means more money. -Some days it's very hard to get a shift covered, but the company is really not to blame as that is an issue with the stylists. :) -The hourly pay is rather low, but with all the opportunities to cash in…it ends up pretty great.
